The Easter Bunny hides WhistlePig Whiskey at BOURBON STEAK 

Come Easter Sunday, March 27, 2016, the hunt is afoot at BOURBON STEAK at Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC for the over 21 set. Poke around the planters and handsome patio furnishings for diminutive pastel ribbon-wrapped bottles of WhistlePig Whiskey, a Bourbon Steak favorite, to take home after partaking in chef Joe Palma’s sumptuous Easter brunch, offered from 11:30am-2:30pm. Dinner is à la carte.

A 3-course Spring prix-fixe menu will be sprouting up all over the plates with delectable choices like Asparagus Salad comforted by warm Burrata, Vin Cotto, and Lemon Marcona Almond Streussel; straight from the Chesapeake is Maryland Blue Crab Eggs Benedict on an English Muffin topped with Old Bay Hollandaise; and to end on a sweet note, Rhubarb Clafoutis with Brown Butter Gelato. Adults get hopping at 2:30pm for the complimentary Easter-Bottle Hunt in the outdoor patio, which is open to brunch guests only. Send the kids for a candy-filled egg hunt that will take place at 12:30pm-1:00pm on the lower level, and the Easter Bunny pays a visit to orchestrate the whole show.

One thing guests won’t be able to find? The restaurant’s off-the-menu Easter offering only available to those who request it—an eggshell filled with a savory infused custard.
